Bio
Brad Bays serves as Managing Director and leads the firm's industrial tenant representation team in Atlanta. In this role, he oversees the industrial tenant representation team and helps spearhead growth opportunities for the occupier services platform.
With 16 years of experience in the industry, Brad, SIOR, was previously with King Industrial Realty, Inc. as a Vice President and focused on corporate client representation in leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suit assignments, and investment sales of warehouse and manufacturing facilities. Brad has represented several notable clients in Atlanta, including Builders FirstSource, FR8 Auctions, COSCO Shipping Logistics and Williams Partners L.P.
Outside of work, Brad is a father to three and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. An avid musician, he moonlights as a singer and guitarist in several '70s and '80s rock bands. He also is actively involved in a start-up church City Atl Church and serves as a core member of the leadership team.
