Boyd Oliver is an Associate Director for the Mortgage Banking platform in the Dallas, TX office. In his current role, Boyd provides debt and equity solutions for multifamily owners and operators throughout the United States. Since joining Berkadia in 2021, Boyd has been involved in the closing of just shy of $2 billion in transaction volume.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Boyd had a decade long tenure with JP Morgan Chase Bank, where he originated multifamily term loans for the bank. Prior to transitioning into originations in San Diego, CA, he served as a Portfolio Analyst in the Dallas office.
