Bobby Phillips joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in 1997 following seven years operating Phillips Commercial Properties (Industrial Real Estate; Hampton, Virginia) and ten years with Lockwood Brothers, Inc. (Project Management; Heavy Hauling, Crane & Rigging, Construction; Hampton, Virginia). Bobby specializes in industrial properties and the representation of corporate clients and individuals for facility and land acquisitions and dispositions throughout the Hampton Roads region. With over twenty-two years of continuous industrial real estate and construction experience, Bobby combines strong market knowledge with a comprehensive industrial background to provide value added expertise and service to his clients.
