Bobby Eggleston

Bobby Eggleston, the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Real Estate Officer for RMC Property Group, has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than 15 years, and is responsible for all of RMC’s corporate financial matters – as well overseeing the day-to-day management of RMC’s acquisition and development business. In his capacity of CFO, Bobby manages RMC’s corporate budgets, cash flow projections, corporate credit facilities, and lending/banking relationships.

As Chief Real Estate Officer, Bobby manages the team of RMC leasing and management executives responsible for the day to day management of RMC’s commercial real estate portfolio. Additionally, Bobby manages RMC’s acquisition and development team that executes the underwriting, due diligence, entitlement, lease negotiation, and capitalization of RMC’s proprietary acquisition and development deals.

Previously, Bobby spent three years working in the New York City and Fort Lauderdale offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He is a CPA (inactive) with a Master’s in Real Estate (MRE) from the University of Florida and a Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Alabama.
