Biography
Bobby Carrozzo is a Director in the Capital Markets division of Cushman & Wakefield focused on middle market investment sales. To date, Bobby has been actively involved in the procurement, valuation, marketing and sale of over $1 Billion of commercial property across the New York Metro area.
During his time at Cushman & Wakefield, Bobby has underwritten more than 700 properties across multiple asset classes and ownership structures including mixed-use, multifamily, office, development, retail, condos / co-ops, transferrable development rights, and leasehold positions. He has built a particularly strong presence in the SoHo, NoLita, Little Italy, Greenwich Village, and Chelsea neighborhoods of Manhattan. He has been recognized by Commercial Observer as one of its Top Young Professionals of 2022 and Cushman & Wakefield’s 7 Under 7 in 2020.
Through various races, volunteering opportunities and waterski schools, Bobby has raised thousands of dollars for non-profit organizations including the James Blake Foundation for Cancer Research (2022), Cycle for Survival for the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (2020), the U.S. Marines Toys for Tots (2019), Operation Backpack with the Volunteers of America (2018), and CityMeals on Wheels (2017).
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Bobby graduated Cum Laude from Cornell University, receiving a BS in Applied Economics and Management and a minor in Real Estate. He is actively involved in the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management Recent Alumni Council – an advisory committee providing direct guidance to the business school’s dean about the strategic goals of the school including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Mentorship, and Alumni Engagement.
