Babak “Bobby” Broukhim is the founder and CEO of New Plan Capital. Bobby earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California Los Angeles in 2003 and has been involved in the real estate investment banking since 2001.

Prior to forming New Plan Capital, Bobby worked for several reputable commercial real estate firms where he expanded his knowledge of real estate finance and developed his professional commercial financing relationships with borrowers and lenders alike. His educational background and established relationships in the business, coupled with his clear and strategic vision have proven to be an exceptional asset to the success of New Plan Capital. Bobby is a Licensed California Real Estate Broker with finance experience across virtually all product types, including multi-family, retail, office, hotel, industrial, healthcare and self-storage.

Bobby’s main responsibilities include generating new business and developing and executing better strategic plans for the company to stay ahead of the competition.
