Bob Willingham is an executive vice president with Kidder Mathews specializing in the acquisition, leasing and disposition of industrial and office real estate in North San Diego County. He works closely with business owners, investors, developers, and financial institutions to help formulate and execute a comprehensive real estate strategy to achieve his client’s goals and objectives. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Bob was a director with Cushman & Wakefield.

In the past five years, Bob has closed in excess of $300 million in sale and lease transactions.
