Bio
Bob Underhill joined Shorenstein in 2002. He participates in the strategic direction of the company as a member of its executive committee and in the company’s investment activities as a member of its investment committee. Mr. Underhill is chairman of the board of directors of Opus Holdings, a trustee of the Princeton Theological Seminary and chairman of its investment committee. Additionally, Mr. Underhill is a member of the Real Estate Advisory Board of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Prior to joining Shorenstein, Mr. Underhill was a principal at Lazard Frères Real Estate Investors, where he was part of a management team that was brought in to manage and restructure investments in their fund portfolios. Prior to Lazard Frères, Bob worked for over 17 years in real estate investment and operations with LaSalle Partners and Security Capital Group.
