Bob Rosenthal is a Senior Managing Director within CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) based in Los Angeles, CA. Bob provides strategic real estate solutions to our corporate clients, collaborating with them to create comprehensive occupancy strategies for their multi-market real estate portfolios, including office, warehouse, manufacturing and other specialty properties.
Bob leads a team of professionals that provide fully integrated account management services including Transaction Management, Strategic Consulting, Project Management, Advisory & Transaction Services, Capital Markets, Labor Analytics, Economic Incentives, Appraisal and Lease Administration.
Bob brings more than 25 years of corporate real estate experience and has served as the Alliance Director for clients such as Verizon, AECOM, Amgen, Time Warner, Nokia and DHL.
Throughout his career, Bob has been recognized for his accomplishments in providing the highest level of client satisfaction, building and leading high-performing teams, and delivering "best in class" real estate solutions.
