​​As a Managing Director, Bob Prendergast leads activity for Capital Markets transactions in San Diego. Partnered with his sister Lynn LaChapelle, they lead the valuation, marketing and disposition of premier office, industrial, retail and life science properties.

With more than 30 years in commercial real estate and investment banking experience, Bob brings a national capital market's perspective to San Diego. During his career, he has transacted over $5.0 billion in transaction value through acquisition, disposition and financing of office, industrial, medical office and R&D properties. One of the most notable transactions completed by Bob and Lynn was the sale of Paseo Del Mar for $148 million; achieving the highest pricing per square foot in San Diego County for an office property along with the recent sale of the San Diego Tech Center for greater than $255 million.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado and is a licensed real estate sales person in California.
