Bob LaSpada

Bob serves as the Director for the Unites States Department of Agriculture Account. The scope of services for this national portfolio includes national transaction and project management for the USDA Service Centers. He works closely with the Alliance Director for overall delivery of services to include ensuring contract compliance, key performance indicators, development of annual business plans and capital budgets. He also assists the Alliance Director with setting operational and financial goals, supervision of human resource operations for the account, and with maintaining client satisfaction at all levels.

In addition to his USDA account responsibilities, he also assists with the day to day operation and staff management of the GSA account as well as being the main point of contact for the US and AmSouth portion of the ExxonMobil account. ExxonMobil account responsibilities include reviewing, approving and submitting the AmSouth monthly proforma, addressing US and AmSouth account issues, and overseeing the closings of ExxonMobil US sales of properties being handled by CBRE brokers.

Prior to the USDA account, Bob served as a National Transactions Director for the GSA Account responsible for regions 2,3,5,9 & 10. In addition he co-managed the Transaction Management, Project Management, Business Operations, and Support Staff for the account.

Prior to the GSA Account, Bob worked for CBRE on the ExxonMobil account. Bob's roles on the account included Lease Administration Manager, Transaction Manager, and Alliance Director.

Prior to joining CBRE, Bob worked for 5 years for America OnLine, Inc. establishing a separate real estate group within the AOL facilities organization.

Bob has 15+ years of corporate real estate experience and related services and has an Accounting Degree from Gannon University.
