Bob Gillespie

Bob leads VOP's efforts to maximize the value of and returns on investment properties. With nearly 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Bob identifies investment markets and property opportunities, manages investor relations and equity partner relationships, oversees marketing and leasing strategy, and provides operational implementation and oversight. Prior to joining Vanderbilt Office Properties Bob worked at CBRE, Inc. for 26 years, where he oversaw CBRE’s downtown Chicago leasing portfolio. Bob is a graduate of Miami University of Ohio where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
