Bob Flanigan

Mr. Flanigan is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of NCA Realty Partners, and leading investment, portfolio construction, and asset management activities across the platform. Mr. Flanigan has more than 20 years of broad real estate experience including acquisitions/originations, asset and portfolio management, and general platform management. Prior to the formation of NCA Realty Partners, Bob was a Principal with asset management firm Hamilton Lane, where he was responsible for the sourcing, structuring and execution of equity and debt investments, as well as portfolio construction and ongoing asset management decisions for a series of discretionary separate accounts.

Mr. Flanigan earned his B.S. in Finance from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University. He is a CFA Charterholder.
