Bio
Bob Brown, MAI is a Vice President who has been involved in real estate appraisal since 1998 and has worked for CBRE in commercial real estate valuation since 2000. He is in the Valuation & Advisory Services group’s Salt Lake City office in the Intermountain Region. His appraisal assignments encompass the states of Utah and Idaho and western portions of Montana and Wyoming. Prior to Salt Lake City, Mr. Brown worked in the Pacific Northwest office of CBRE in the Seattle and Portland markets.
Mr. Brown has professional experience in the fee preparation of real estate appraisals, rent analyses and market studies of commercial, industrial and residential investment properties. His experience includes a wide variety of property types including suburban and CBD office (professional/medical), retail (shopping centers/free-standing), industrial (parks/free-standing), multifamily (apartment/manufactured home park), and subdivision. Bob also has experience with special purpose properties such as hotel/lodging and service stations, among others.
