Bob Andrews

Bob Andrews joined CenterPoint Properties as Senior Vice President, Regional Manager, in 2015. Mr. Andrews is responsible for managing the Company’s West region portfolio, which includes more than 7.2 Million SF of property across the Los Angeles, Oakland and Seattle markets. In this role, he partners with the entire West regional team to vet, underwrite, and perform due diligence for on-strategy investment opportunities.

Prior to joining CenterPoint, Mr. Andrews served as Senior Vice President, Asset Management, for KTR Capital Partners, where he oversaw the firm’s portfolio in California, Arizona, Nevada and Washington. He was previously a regional director for RREEF, as well as an industrial broker for Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Andrews holds a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of San Diego.
