Bob Anderson

Bob Anderson combines 25 years of real estate experience with 15 years in advertising, corporate communication and design. He works with retailers and developers on site selection and acquisition, bringing a keen ability to understand client objectives, communicate effectively with all parties, and navigate development and rezoning processes. Bob has been serving Freeman Commercial Real Estate clients for more than 15 years. He has been a longtime member of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. A graduate of Marshall University, Bob grew up in Winston-Salem but was born in Nebraska, which explains the Anderson clan’s support of the Cornhuskers. Bob and his wife Cindy enjoy spending time at home on the old family farm and visits from their 4 grown children and wonderful granddaughter.
