Bo McKown is an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group. He joined the Thalhimer team in May 2018 as a Financial Analyst for the Capital Markets team and during that time conducted detailed financial analysis on over $1 billion of real estate to support acquisition, disposition, as well as debt and equity transactions for office, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.

Bo has been instrumental in the success of the region's most successful Capital Markets Team and has been involved in numerous significant, institutional transactions in the market over the past few years. He has now shifted to a new production role where he will focus on investment sales of income-producing flex, industrial, and multifamily assets in the region.

Bo was previously with JLL’s Capital Markets Group in Washington DC, where he served two years as an Analyst for the Investment Sales and Real Estate Investment Banking teams.
