Bio

Blake Wampler is a Real Estate Acquisitions Associate at Embrey Partners based in San Antonio, TX. At Embrey, Blake generates investment opportunities focused on U.S. multifamily and single-family for rent core, core-plus, value-add, and opportunistic acquisitions. Blake began his career at Embrey in 2021 as a Real Estate Investment Analyst facilitating the preparation of institutional-grade investment offerings through financial modeling, due diligence, and capital and debt procurement. Before joining Embrey, Blake served as an Analyst on Berkadia's Mortgage Banking team in Houston, TX, where he focused on debt and structured finance placement across all commercial real estate asset classes throughout the United States. Blake contributed part-time analyst efforts in addition to successfully pursuing Master’s-level academic studies at Texas A&M during his time at Berkadia. Preceding Berkadia, Blake worked as a business operations consultant for an Argentina-based travel, tourism, and adventure outfitter, in addition to various industrial distribution, sales, logistics, and ranch management-related roles. He holds a strong interest in financial markets and business operations, as well as commercial real estate development and asset management across all asset classes. Blake is a demonstrated leader and problem solver; seeking to add value to each of his relationships, projects, and organizational affiliations. Blake earned both a B.S. in Industrial Distribution and a Master of Real Estate from Texas A&M University in 2019 and 2021, respectively.
