During his 30-year career, Blake continues to be a lead negotiator in complex sale-and-lease transactions across the country. Focusing on consistently delivering best-in-class real estate services to his clients, Blake has completed more than 2,500 sale and lease transactions valued at over $6 billion. In 2018 alone, Blake was involved in negotiations involving over $1.6 billion in transactions on behalf of the businesses he advises.
Blake serves as a real estate advisor and broker to well-respected clients such as Hudson Pacific Properties, Lionsgate, Mandalay Pictures, Pandora, Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG); Nigro Karlin Segal Feldstein & Bolno (NKSFB, LLC), DLA Piper and Kirkland & Ellis as well as government agencies including the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power and the United States Postal Service.
Among a diverse array of transactions that Blake has been involved in, he has also been the lead on some of Los Angeles' most significant deals: including a 650,000 square foot Google adaptation reuse project at the Westside Pavilion; 285,000 square-foot lease to Riot Games at the Element LA campus in West Los Angeles; and an over 600,000 square foot lease to Netflix at the Icon, Cue and Epic Projects at Sunset Bronson Studios. All of these are among the largest lease transactions in Los Angeles' history.
His previous experience in commercial property construction enhances his expertise in areas including tenant representation, landlord representation, needs analysis and market analysis.
