Blake Mastalir

Blake Mastalir is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and managing investments for Prospect Ridge. Prior to the formation of Prospect Ridge, Mr. Mastalir spent nine years at AllianceBernstein (AB) in the Real Estate Investments group. Prior to AB, Mr. Mastalir worked at Starwood Capital Group. Before Starwood, Mr. Mastalir worked at JER Partners, where he was responsible for evaluating and managing investment opportunities for JER Partners' U.S. opportunity and debt funds. Previously, he was an investment banking analyst at Banc of America Securities. Mr. Mastalir holds a BA in economics from Stanford University. Mr. Mastalir serves on the Prospect Ridge and AB Real Estate Partners Investment Committees.
