Blake Lacher

Blake Lacher leads multiple national capital markets teams, which provide products and services focused on JLL's investor clients, corporate/occupier clients and prospects. In addition, he is directly responsible for executive oversight of Jones Lang LaSalle Securities, LLC. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Lacher led a boutique finance group - International Capital Advisors, which provided capital raising (equity, tax equity and debt), M&A and financial consulting services for the funding and structuring of renewable energy infrastructure projects, commercial real estate and large-ticket, long-lived equipment acquisitions.

Mr. Lacher has over 30 years of experience in international and cross-border finance, asset finance, energy and infrastructure project finance and investment, leasing and other capital markets products. Prior to ICA, Mr. Lacher was a Managing Director at the Royal Bank of Scotland ("RBS") and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. ("ABN AMRO") where he headed several structured finance teams in the United States, Europe and Latin America.

Relevant Structured Finance Experience

During his tenures at ABN AMRO, he served as the Head of the Bank's Global Leasing and Asset Finance Group, where he was primarily responsible for originating US domestic and international, cross-border asset finance underwriting opportunities and providing strategic advisory services. Additionally, Mr. Lacher initiated and developed the strategic framework, processes and procedures for their U.S. renewable energy equity investments and oversaw the build-out of a successful, diversified investment portfolio representing over $1 billion of assets.

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Lacher is a member of the American Council On Renewable Energy (ACORE), the Chicago Clean Energy Alliance (CCEA), the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois.

Mr. Lacher holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University's School of Business and a Masters of Business Administration from the Illinois Institute of Technology's Stuart School of Business. Mr. Lacher has participated in a number of real estate and energy industry conferences as a speaker or panelist.
