Bio
Blake Hockenbury, Director, is responsible for originating and structuring new multifamily lending opportunities for acquisitions, refinances, and recapitalizations throughout the United States. Since joining Walker & Dunlop in 2012, he has become an expert in agency lending and as a member of the Irvine platform, his team has originated more than $1.5 billion in multifamily agency loans over the past three years.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Hockenbury served as a production analyst at CWCapital, LLC where he worked with a senior production team to prescreen, structure and close over $400 million in loans with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Mr. Hockenbury is a graduate of the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (USC), where he received a Bachelor of Science in business administration with concentrations in real estate finance and entrepreneurship.
