Blake is responsible for acquisitions and leasing in New Jersey. Blake entered the industrial real estate industry in 2002.Blake has completed more than 500 transactions totaling over $1 billion. Prior to joining Sitex in 2015, Blake was a member of a market-leading brokerage team at Jones Lang LaSalle representing institutional and corporate clients. In 2013, Blake was named as NJBIZ’s “40 Under 40” and is a member of NAIOP, SIOR and IROEBA.
