Blake Cassidy

Blake Cassidy is a Managing Partner of Romspen Investment Corporation and is responsible for business development including originating new loans and fostering relationships within the brokerage and lending community.

Prior to joining Romspen in 1995, Blake gained experience in the real estate industry at New Era Mortgage Corporation and Sandray Property Management. Blake has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto and holds brokerage licensing certifications from the Sauder School of Business, UBC Real Estate Division and by the Ontario Mortgage Brokers Association.
