Bio
Blake Breimann, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Flournoy Development Group, focuses on investment and corporate strategy, operations, capital markets activities, execution related to the firm’s investments and securing new investment opportunities. Prior to assuming his current role, Blake co-led the firm’s Southeast development practice responsible for sourcing and executing new development opportunities in Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina. Since joining Flournoy in 2008, he has overseen financing, development, acquisition, asset management and disposition of over $1.5 billion worth of multi-family, mixed use and seniors housing investments exceeding 8,000 units. Prior to joining Flournoy, Blake was a land and investment sales professional with the Colliers Multifamily Advisory Group. Blake earned his B.A. in International Economics from Carson-Newman College. He is an active member of the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). Blake lives in Columbus, GA with his wife Megan, and their two sons. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, college football and spending time with friends and family.
