Blake Bokosky

Blake is a senior director in the Orange County office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He specializes in office and industrial investment properties in the Southern California area for both institutional and private high-net-worth clients as a market expert with more than 10 years of real estate brokerage and appraisal experience. Throughout his career, Blake has negotiated and managed more than 71 transactions in excess of $2.8 billion in total consideration, representing 11 million square feet of commercial real estate. Blake is passionate about helping clients solve problems and achieve their investment business plans with best-in-class real estate solutions and service.

Blake joined JLL in March 2020 from Newmark, where he was consistently among the top producing capital markets teams in the country. He maintains an ongoing awareness of changing trends in the industry and readily exchanges his knowledge with clients and peers. In his free time, Blake enjoys playing golf, amateur photography, attending concerts and sporting events as well as spending time with his family and friends.
