Blaire McGavin joined Newmark in 2024 as an associate in the firm’s Washington D.C. office.

Prior to joining Newmark, McGavin worked as an Analyst for Stream Realty Partners in Washington DC/Northern Virginia. Her responsibilities included researching and analyzing market trends, identifying investment opportunities for the firm and its clients, and executing lease transactions on behalf of both landlords and tenants. She previously completed Stream’s Summer Analyst program and was awarded the Stream Cup in 2022 for Washington DC during an internal case competition judged by senior leadership between national offices.
