Blaine Dozier is a retail investment sales professional within CBRE’s National Retail Partners (NRP). Mr. Dozier joined the CBRE Dallas team in July of 2015, specializing in retail dispositions throughout Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. Mr. Dozier is involved in all parts of the disposition process, and represents a diverse set of clients ranging from REITS and pension fund advisors to private investors and lenders. In his current role as a Sales Associate, his responsibilities include transaction structuring, property tours, pricing strategy, financial analysis, value underwriting, lease abstracting and property marketing.
