William "Billy" Vahrenkamp is a senior vice president in the office division of the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International. He specializes in consulting and representing corporate clients in all aspects of managing their real estate. Currently, he is responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business, and executing on transactions for his team.Billy has a special talent for client consultation to assess needs and determine appropriate resources to act on those needs. He has worked on various assignments including site selection, portfolio transaction management, one-off tenant representation projects, build-to-suits and investment sales.
