May possesses more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate and manages Montecito's growing portfolio of over 220 premier medical office buildings totaling more than 6.5 million square feet. In his previous ventures, May managed 4.7 million square feet of medical office space in key markets with national and regional health systems. He also developed relationships with executives and real estate personnel with health systems, hospitals and physician practices to optimize value and create strategic growth.

May is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a degree in Economics and was a member of the 2003 Ivy League Champion football team.
