He has participated in over 30 million square feet of transactions throughout his over 25-year career. He serves on the CoStar Advisory Board and is a CCIM member.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Billy was with Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone where he was a founding Principal and broker.
