Billy Herbert

Billy Herbert is responsible for underwriting, structuring and sourcing FCP's equity and structured investments in ground-up development. His focus is on both residential and mixed-use assets.

Prior to joining FCP, Billy worked for Federal Realty Investment Trust (FRIT) where he underwrote mixed-use developments (retail, office, residential, hotel and for-sale condo uses), oversaw financial management of ongoing developments and managed the underwriting, forecasting and reporting for the 16-asset East Coast Mixed Use Division. He began his career in technology consulting roles with Booz Allen Hamilton and PWC. Billy received his BBA from the James Madison University College of Business.C
