Bio
Director Bill Mitchell joined Walker & Dunlop’s Capital Markets group in 2018 as part of the company’s acquisition of iCap Realty Advisors. Mr. Mitchell has over 20 years of industry experience and is responsible for contributing to the Capital Markets group’s growth in the Atlanta area.
Mr. Mitchell’s responsibilities include the origination of debt and structuring joint venture equity for all property types. Mr. Mitchell has experience working with every class of commercial properties nationwide.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Mitchell served as a director for iCap, where he procured construction, interim, and permanent financing for all property types, including retail, multifamily, hospitality industrial and office. Before joining iCap in 2003, Mr. Mitchell’s career in commercial real estate included leasing, management, and tenant representation.
Mr. Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia. Beyond the company, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing golf.
