Bill is a Senior Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, and co-leader of JLL's National Multi-housing Group. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 23 years of experience in commercial real estate investment advisory. As a member of the Investment Advisory Group, he is responsible for private and institutional-grade transactions throughout the United States, focused primarily in Texas and more specifically the DFW Metroplex. Bill has been involved in real estate asset sales for major corporate, institutional and entrepreneurial owners totaling in excess of $19 billion. His multi-housing disposition experience includes the sale of more than 140,000 units for both institutional and private owners located throughout the United States.

Bill started at HFF in August 1998. Before that, he was an acquisitions officer for RM Crowe, a regional real estate investment company located in Dallas, Texas. Prior thereto, he was an associate attorney specializing in corporate transactions for the Dallas law firm of Coffee & Coffee.
