Bio
Bill Maher is a First Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets, Investment Properties, based in South Bay, Los Angeles. He is a member of the Investment Properties-SoCal/Phoenix team, considered one of the premier investment sales brokerage teams in the Pacific Western United States. He focuses on representing private investors in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial investment properties throughout Southern California.
Since 1989, Bill has represented both institutional and private owners of commercial properties throughout Southern California and has successfully completed over 800 transactions. Having experienced several market cycles and with direct involvement in the acquisition, leasing and the sale of commercial properties, Bill offers his clients a thorough understanding of the opportunities and challenges presented to owners in all market conditions and provides them with the resources necessary to make informed real estate decisions and the ability to act on those decisions with confidence.
