Bill Grice

Bill Grice is Co-Head of Hospitality Capital Markets for CBRE Hotels, managing the Debt & Structured Finance practice for Hospitality focused transactions. Based in Atlanta, Mr. Grice is a seasoned debt capital markets expert that specializes in securing debt and equity for owners of lodging assets. Bill is focused upon assisting clients with fulfilling their ongoing capital requirements by arranging financing for new acquisitions, developing ground-up projects, renovating or repositioning current holdings along with refinancing or recapitalizing existing assets. Since 2010, Mr. Grice has successfully secured over $28 billion of lodging related recapitalizations, financings and equity placements whiled serving as a Managing Director and Co-Head of JLL's Hotels Investment Banking Team. Prior to that, Bill spent four years with GE Capital Real Estate in large loan originations. During his time with GE Capital, Mr. Grice advised on debt and equity transactions with proceeds totaling over $3 billion. Mr. Grice brings considerable expertise across every asset class covered by the real estate capital markets as his lending experience encompasses underwriting and structuring financing for on balance sheet loans, securitized loans, mezzanine loans as well as joint venture equity investments.
