Bill Gribbin is a Senior Director of Investment Sales in the DC Metro office and is a part of Berkadia Institutional Solutions for the Mid-Atlantic region. Since he joined Berkadia in October of 2021, Bill has completed over $6 billion in investment sales and joint-venture equity placements encompassing approximately 20,000 units. He specializes in the marketing, underwriting, and execution of multifamily sales transactions in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Prior to joining Berkadia, Bill was a Director on JLL’s Investment Advisory and Equity Placement for Multifamily Capital Markets in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior to JLL, Bill worked at MAC Realty Advisors where he focused on land sales and joint-venture equity placements for ground-up multifamily projects throughout the DC region.

Bill earned a B.S. in Communication from the University of Maryland, where he played Division I Lacrosse, and a M.S. in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
