Bill Brake

Bill began his real estate career in 1995 at Concord Management Limited, a multi-state developer/owner/manager overseeing property management of a 200 unit community in Lansing Michigan. As Concord expanded into the New York market, he moved to Orange county NY in 1996 to oversee property management of three new rental developments in Orange, Dutchess, and Suffolk Counties and also three communities in Tennessee and Ohio.

In 2000, he joined Related Management Company as a District Manager, overseeing rental and condominium buildings in NYC. As Related began to develop multiple condominium projects in NYC, Bill was instrumental in creating a department to manage these third party assets both during the sales process and after the initial developer sell out. He currently is a Vice President at Related Management Company, where he directly oversees the operation of 30 high rise luxury rental and condominium buildings in New York and DC consisting of 7,000 units. During his time at Related, Bill has opened 30 new buildings in NYC, Boston, DC, and Chicago.

Bill also works closely with the very active NYC based Related Development team and collaborates on new projects to ensure construction methods are consistent with management and marketing needs.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Muskingum University, is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Certified Property Manager and Member of IREM.
