Bill is a Managing Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Bill has two decades of commercial real estate industry experience, the majority of which have been focused on multi-housing investment advisory. He has represented numerous leading private capital, institutional and banking institutions throughout his career.

Prior to joining JLL, Bill co-founded and led Monarch Realty Partners, a Chicago-based commercial brokerage firm focused on multi-housing investments. Bill began his career at UBS Paine Webber and previously worked at JP Morgan Chase.
