Bio
Bev Ferguson has been actively involved in property management for more than 25 years. She first became involved in apartment management while attending Sacramento State University, where she obtained her BS Degree in Business Management. As President of South Oxford Management, Bev leads the company in its national operations. Prior to joining SOM, since 1992, Bev led US Residential Group and its predecessor, Pacific West Management’s, management of portfolios throughout the Southwest, Midwest, Northeast, and Sunbelt states, which included most of Beachwold’s properties in the region.
