Betsy Cohn

Betsy joined Midland Atlantic Properties in 2015 as Office Manager and recently transitioned into Tenant & Property Operations Coordinator. Betsy manages tenant lease renewals and amendments for multiple shopping centers, works with the property manager to establish and implement management systems, securing as well as coordinating routine service contracts and onsite inspections, implements and tracks A/P accounting related to property invoicing for vendors, owners and tenants and secures proof of insurance for tenants and vendors.
