Bio
Beth Chappel, Vice President, joined CBRE's’ Stamford, CT office in 2002, covering the northern suburbs of New York City. She has completed more than 4 million square feet of transactions over her 25 years of commercial real estate experience on behalf of tenants and owners, buyers and sellers, and for corporate clients in all industries.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Chappel was a director at what is now Colliers International, and was the primary force in developing a business strategy for the opening of the firm’s first Connecticut office. Previous to this, Ms. Chappel was a Senior Vice President in charge of investment sales and business development at Grubb & Ellis.
During her 10 years at Helmsley-Spear Inc., Ms. Chappel earned her title as Corporate Vice President, covering agency work for the State of Connecticut.
