Bio
Mr. Allison is a Transaction Manager on the Bank of America account and handles acquisitions, dispositions, renewals and other real estate-related activity for the Bank in Maryland, DC and Virginia. He joined CBRE in 2006 subsequent to their acquisition of Trammell Crow whom he had joined in 2005. Prior to Trammell Crow, Mr. Allison was Director of Real Estate and Construction for Portrait Innovations where he led the chain of portrait studios on a nationwide expansion. Mr. Allison's real estate career has also included 5 years as Director of Real Estate Development for Morningstar/Shurgard Self Storage and 4 years in the site acquisition and development of single tenant freestanding retail properties. In addition, he spent 8 years in commercial real estate appraising, and shopping center leasing and management. He is a licensed real estate broker in NC, SC, MD, DC and Virginia and a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in NC.
