Bernard is an Associate at Marquee Lodging Advisors. Licensed in both California & Arizona, he focuses mainly on the California market. With roots in the San Francisco Bay Area, Bernard graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a BS in Marketing and a Minor in Real Estate. During his time at ASU, Bernard was the President of the Real Estate Club and a member of Kappa Alpha Order, all while forging his career path to suit the commercial real estate industry through sales & real estate internships. Prior to joining Marquee, Bernard started in brokerage as an Investment Advisor at a boutique full-service real estate firm, focusing on multifamily in the Phoenix Metro. Stepping into the hospitality sector just months before the Covid-19 pandemic, Bernard has seen the highs & lows of the hospitality market from early on in his career.
