Bercut is a Director in the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition, and he focuses on the origination and execution of debt and equity transactions. Throughout his career, he has been involved in capitalizing multi-housing, office, retail, industrial, hospitality and land. Bercut has executed single asset and portfolio transactions totaling more than $5.5 billion in consideration, across all regions of the United States.
