Bennett Maxwell is an Associate with Lee & Associates - Nashville. Mr. Maxwell started his real estate career when he received his B.B.A in Real Estate Finance from the University of Mississippi. He immediately began working with Marcus & Millichap on a multi-tenant retail team with his business partner, Gaines Hanks. They joined a multifamily team in 2019 and worked exclusively with buyers and sellers for multifamily and retail investment properties. At Marcus & Millichap, they navigated over 79 million dollars worth of multifamily & retail investment properties to the closing table.

In 2021, Mr. Maxwell joined Lee & Associates to help begin and grow the Nashville office. With his expertise and knowledge in both the multifamily and retail sectors of commercial real estate, the Hanks & Maxwell team is specialized in the valuation, strategic planning, advisory, and investment sales roles of the commercial real estate industry.

Bennett was born and raised in Nashville and has deep market knowledge throughout the state of Tennessee. He has witnessed the tremendous change and growth that has transformed Middle Tennessee into one of the Southeast’s most sought-after destinations. From Goo-Goo Clusters to the Tennessee Titans, Bennett is a proud Nashvillian and looks forward to helping Nashville grow. In his spare time, Bennett enjoys playing golf, working out, and attending Titans & Predators games.
