Bennet is a partner at JDI. Working closely with attorneys, lenders, and investors, he is engaged in all aspects of the company. Since joining JDI in 1995, Bennet has facilitated the underwriting, purchase, financing, management, accounting and sale of over $3 billion dollars in real estate-based investments and secured loan financings.
