BenjaminSchmitt joined the St. Louis office of Marcus & Millichap in 2018 as an apartment agent. Prior to joining Benjamin was a member of a CBRE Capital Markets group in Milwaukee where hehas been involved with portfolio and single asset sale transactions in excessof $100 million. His knowledge extends throughout all aspects of office, retail and multi-family investments including market rate, affordable, LIHTC and HUDproperties. His involvement and familiaritywith clients and deals throughout the Midwest allows him to provide clientswith a well-rounded view of their assets.
