Benjamin Krosin, Senior Director, is responsible for new loan originations, specializing in multifamily and healthcare financing through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and HUD out of Walker & Dunlop’s headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland. Since joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Krosin has been involved in over $1.2 billion in loan production. When Mr. Krosin joined the Company in 2004, he worked in the loan underwriting group and provided direct underwriting for $500 million in Fannie Mae multifamily loans.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Krosin worked for South Charles Investment Corporation, a Bank of America subsidiary formed to make high yield debt investments. His responsibilities included sourcing, underwriting, structuring and management of investments.

Mr. Krosin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from West Chester University in Pennsylvania.
