Bio
Ben joined Unico in 2014 and is responsible for identifying and evaluating acquisition, joint-venture, and development opportunities on behalf of Unico’s various capital programs. He leads transactions and is responsible for the oversight of new acquisitions from sourcing and due diligence through closing. He has over 10 years of capital transactions experience and has completed over $2 billion in acquisition and financing transactions.
Prior to joining Unico, Ben worked at Clarion Partners and KeyBank in disciplines including acquisitions and commercial real estate debt originations. He holds a B.B.A degree from the University of Washington.
